Monica Perkal specializes in representing residential real estate properties throughout Malibu, Topanga, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, Brentwood and neighboring beach cities.
Monica brings countless energy, and a sincere dedication and intuitiveness in finding her real estate clients the right match. She has a skill for effectively communicating and negotiating with a wide range of personality types. She routinely works with clients ranging from first-time buyers to seasoned sellers-each with their own unique wants and needs.
Prior to joining the real estate profession, Monica worked for various divisions of Sony Pictures Entertainment, as an executive assistant for several top executives. Monica is also a member of the Screen Actors Guild and American Federation of Radio and Television Artists appearing in film, television and commercials. Monica first came to live on the Westside in 1995 while attending Pepperdine University where she graduated cum-laude and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism. She currently resides in Topanga with her husband and their two children.
