Bio:
A native Californian, Marty grew up in the hills of Encino and on the beach in Malibu and went to school all over the state before completlin her education Liberal Arts at UCSB.

Following school, Marty worked as an actress for many years and it was on location that she met Kurt Anderson, an independent film maker. Between movies they enjoyed a shared passion for fixing up rental properties in Venice. In 1986, Marty decided to make it official — she and Kurt married, Marty got her California Real Estate license, and they bought their first fixer in Topanga. Now as an owner of several rental properties, and with 19 years of experience selling property in Malibu and Topanga, Marty brings a unique expertise to the investment process. She is a hard-working and tenacious negotiator whose goal is to make the process both painless and profitable for her Buyers and Sellers. Her meticulous attention to detail and her honest, professional approach in negotiating give her clients the confident understanding that their satisfaction comes first.
