So many realtors…why Kirk? Because Malibu is approximately 27 miles of Coastline consisting of many different types of beach properties and beaches, along with many different types of neighborhoods on the landside of Pacific Coast Highway, our main artery.
For a client to recieve knowledgable and reliable information regarding all the different types of properties and the different nuances of the beaches and neighborhoods, it’s imperative to work with someone that has longstanding roots and experience in the community and profession.
I was born in Santa Monica and have been living in Malibu, full-time, for over 30 years. I have been working in the local Real Estate business since 1986. (I can’t believe it’s been that long!)
