Bio:
Kate’s grandfather, Jerry Pritchett, started the Pritchett Realty Corporation in the 1960′s.  Her father, Jack Pritchett, began working with him in 1973, and then merged with Jim Rapf in 1994 to become Pritchett-Rapf Realtors.  Kate Pritchett has an affinity for the canyon/beach lifestyle after growing up in the same Malibu mountain home all her life.  Now living in Topanga and working part time between the Pritchett-Rapf Realtors Topanga Office,and the Malibu office, she feels she has the best of two worlds:  the peaceful calm of creek beds outside her window, and the lush waterfall-filled hikes and beautiful beaches of Malibu just 15 minutes away.  She feels it’s only natural to continue in her family’s footsteps and is excited to make other people feel at home within these unique destinations.
