Bio:
In 1978, I opened my own real estate company and operated the business until 1995 when I merged with another independent, Pritchett Realty, to form Pritchett-Rapf Realtors. I’ve known Jack Pritchett since high school and we founded our company on a unique philosophy – independence, integrity and teamwork. We have created an “atypical” real estate firm and while we’re proud of our success, we are even more proud of the way we’ve earned it.

I was raised in Malibu and have lived here most of my life. My family was involved in the entertainment industry, my grandfather was one of the original owners of MGM, my father was a television producer, and my uncle was a feature film writer.

I have served on the Board of Directors of the Malibu Association of Realtors for ten years and am actively involved in issues involving the community. I am a former tennis pro, an avid skier, boat-owner, fisherman, and father of two grown children.
