Amanda is proud to say she grew up in Malibu and started her career in sales as an actress and former Ford model. This catapulted her to appear in a major motion picture, be featured on numerous television series and work in over 75 national commercials.

She is now extremely excited and eager to be apart of our Pritchett-Rapf Team, and is confident that she will be an asset to our company. She feels very lucky to be able to work alongside her father, Michael Shepherd, who has been in real estate for almost 30 years. He has taught Amanda the importance of accomplishing the goals of her clients. Along with the ability to find exceptional deals while learning to negotiate to the satisfaction of both buyer and seller. Amanda is new on board and looking forward to finding her niche! She would also like to say how honored and thankful she is to have such a wonderful father and mentor.
