Bio:
Adrian Wright has joined Chryssa Lightheart as a Buyer’s Specialist, on the “I Never Quit Team.” Adrian’s family moved to Topanga in 1976, and she earned her real estate license in 1986. She has worked in real estate or real estate finance for most of the past 27 years, as a Realtor Associate, escrow officer, loan officer, and compliance officer. During the financial crisis, Adrian was an award winning short sale negotiator for Bank of America, helping homeowners to successfully complete short sales so as to avoid foreclosure. Adrian’s strong connection to Topanga and Malibu, and her comprehensive real estate knowledge make her a tremendously rich asset to our community.

As a teen, Adrian began volunteering at the Topanga Community Club and has been active with the TCC ever since, serving on the board for 4-1/2 years, and as President in 2009 and 2010; helping to create some of the most memorable Topanga Days festivals of the past 40 years! She has also volunteered her time on Topanga Elementary’s Charter School Committees, PTO Board, and the Booster Club Board.

An avid body-surfer and former “Surf Mom” who spent long days “wave shopping” with her sons, Adrian is passionate about the ocean and the environment, and has participated in Beach and Creek clean-ups over the years. Adrian passed on her passion for our local beaches and mountains to her two adult sons, Jordan and Biko, who attended Topanga Elementary. She managed the office of the Resource Conservation District of the Santa Monica Mountains during a brief hiatus from real estate in the mid-90s, where she gained a deep understanding of the environmental concerns of our communities. Bio: Brian was born and raised in Malibu and has been involved in the Real Estate business all his life as the son of Jim Rapf who founded Jim Rapf & Associates in 1978 and later merged with Jack Pritchett in 1994 to form Pritchett-Rapf Realtors. Brian was valedictorian of Malibu High School and later graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California with a degree in Business Administration. Following his college education, he worked for several years as an investment banker in New York and Los Angeles for Credit Suisse and Barclays Capital, prior to pursuing his passion in Real Estate.

Brian’s experience working on Wall Street has provided him with extensive knowledge of global financial markets and principles of finance along with a very strong work ethic and attention to detail.
